Paula Dolan is a Managing Director at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York. She focuses on strategic wealth planning, leverage, banking, and investing for high-net-worth commercial real estate owners, public executives, privately held business owners, and their families.
Paula began her career in the Commercial Bank, financing multifamily apartment buildings in the NYC metro area. She has a strong credit background and an in-depth understanding of the New York City real estate market. In 2009, when mortgage delinquencies began to rise, Paula led a group within JP Morgan Chase formed to dispose of delinquent assets from the firm’s balance sheet. After a short return to lending in 2011, Paula transitioned to Asset Management to work with families on their financial plans as a Private Banker.
Paula represents J.P. Morgan on the Wall Street Associates Committee that hosts Invest In Hope, an annual fundraising event to benefit the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She volunteers with City Harvest, Food Bank of New York, and the West Harlem Community Kitchen.
Paula lived in Southern Italy until she was 6 years old and has studied on 4 continents. She earned a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University, Maryland, is proficient in Python coding, and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. In her free time, Paula enjoys skiing, ocean swimming, and non-fiction reading. Paula resides in Garden City, New York, with her husband Michael, and young children, Holly and Charlie.
